Dense packing with 5000 Grafts with natural hairline design

When our patient first contacted us, he had two specific requests: a dense transplantation and a hairline that wasn’t too conservative—in other words, not set too high, but still natural. While these goals are common among many considering a hair transplant, achieving both requires a very strong donor area, which not everyone has. Fortunately, this patient had a robust donor supply and only moderate thinning in the upper scalp. This allowed us to densely pack 4,000 grafts into the frontal zone. We also implanted close to 1,000 grafts into the mid-scalp and crown areas. With the support of post-operative medication, we achieved a natural and evenly dense look across all treated areas.
