Natural Hairline Design and 5100 Grafts for Full Restoration from Front to Crown

When designing a hairline, I give as much importance to the patient’s preferences as I do to my own recommendations—as long as their requests don’t compromise naturalness. This patient specifically requested a slightly higher hairline design and to leave the temple areas partially open, which perfectly aligns with my aesthetic approach as well. This case became a great example of how natural results can still be achieved with higher hairlines, and how using fewer grafts in the frontal zone can help enhance density in the upper scalp areas.
