Great frontal and temple restoration with 3200 grafts

Temple restoration is one of the most requested but also most unpredictable areas in hair transplantation. For this reason, we generally approach these cases conservatively, especially when the patient’s hair characteristics may make natural growth direction difficult to achieve. However, in patients with suitable hair characteristics, where we believe this risk can reasonably be taken, we make the decision together with the patient. In carefully selected cases, restoring the temples can significantly improve facial framing and the overall result. Here, we share the 15-month result of a 3500-graft frontal and temple restoration performed at our clinic.
