Great frontal and temple restoration with 3900 grafts

We performed this patient’s hair transplant 1 year ago, focusing on the frontal area and temporal (temple) restoration. Seeing the outcome today, we’re genuinely very satisfied, both in terms of density and, more importantly, naturalness. Temple restoration is one of the most frequently asked-about areas, but it’s also one we do not recommend to every patient. Even when angles and directions are placed perfectly, certain hair types can grow in unpredictable, random patterns in the temple region, leading to unnatural appearances. In some cases, a well-executed overall result can unfortunately look compromised purely because of that area. However, when the hair characteristics are suitable, temple restoration can significantly enhance facial framing, and this case is a great example of that balance.
